We recommend booking at least 48-72 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially for weekend appointments. However, we do our best to accommodate same-day bookings when possible.

We bring all necessary equipment including massage table, linens, oils, and products. You just need to provide a quiet space (bedroom, living room, or any private area) with enough room for our setup. We'll provide detailed preparation instructions upon booking confirmation.

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid any charges. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full treatment price.

Travel within central Rotterdam is included in our service prices. For locations outside our standard service area or beyond 10km from our base, a small travel fee may apply. This will be clearly communicated when booking.
